AAFC Pathways

So what's the AAFC Foundation and Pathways program?

The AAFC pathways program is an initiative run by the AAFC Foundation which connects with industry to give Cadets and Staff opportunities to experience what it is like to work in the aerospace and other relevant industries.

  • The Foundation is an evolution of the AAFC National Committee. It is chaired by AVM Kym ‘Koz’ Osley AM, CSC and  has eminent members from across the aerospace and Defence community.
  • The core purpose of the AAFC Foundation is to create Pathways to a future in aerospace in partnership with the AAFC.
  • The Foundation is assisting by reducing the workload for AAFC volunteers in organising great defence and aerospace –related activities for the cadets.
  • The Foundation is also establishing a Pathways to an Aerospace Career Website to support the AAFC and the youth cohort in the Australian population.

May we continue to peacefully walk together in gratitude, respect and kindness in caring for this country and each other.
