Tim is Managing Director of the Army and Air Force Canteen Service (AAFCANS)

Tim has extensive expertise as a strategic senior executive with 20+ years' experience across Defence, hospitality, FMCG wholesale and retail delivering sustained revenue growth, organisational reform, and high-performance team cultures. 
His previous leadership in Metcash and IGA have honed his skills in merchandising, operations, procurement, distribution, logistics and competitive retail marketing. Tim commenced with AAFCANS as Head of Operations in October 2018 prior to his appointment as Managing Director in December 2020.

Tim works closely with ADF leadership to improve strategic stakeholder relationships and find opportunities for AAFCANS to enhance the capability of Army and Air Force and support Defence welfare.
